I'm Erin Desautels, founder of Pivotstone.
I build businesses, solve complex problems, and help people build and preserve what matters most.
Throughout my creer I've worked with organizations to strengthen leadership, improve operations, and create new opportunities. Along the way, I've developed a passion for uncovering family history and preserving Vermont's heritage through food and entrepreneurship.
Whether I'm advising an organization, helping someone document their Canadian ancestry, or bringing a forgotten Vermont tradition back to life, my approach is the same: I listen carefully, research thoroughly, and create practical solutions that make a lasting difference.
